These services included survey, site engineering, landscape architectural plan, site permitting, and construction administration. Specifically, Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided topographic and tree survey, plans, calculations, specifications, and applications in pursuit of commercial site plan review from Pinellas County and other applicable agencies, record drawings, and a final inspection.
