The riverfront restaurant is located on the Alafia River and will have three bars with seating inside and outside. The 4.64-acre project involved extensive structural planning due to the condition of the soil. Hamilton Engineering & Surveying provided civil engineering, construction administration, survey staking, and permitting services.
